David doesn’t tell the truth on purpose to cause harm to our company and we reserve our right to legal action to sue him for defamation and causing intentional damage. I never spoke with David until after receiving the email telling lies and slanders. All our conversations was with David's sister, whose name is on the Order, the last call was to inform her that we have a driver for her. As per our agreement, if a customer wants to cancel his order in accordance with the terms of the agreement, he should send the request via email and we'll refund the money as agree. Request to cancel the Order of service came to us via email after the driver was assigned and the customer claimed that he found another company which they’re willing to pick-up his vehicle at the same day and deliver it to the destination within three days. The distance from Pick-up to Delivery is 2150 Miles and can’t be delivered waiting 3 days.
