RUINED WHOLE PAINT JOB AND DIDNT EVEN CARE !!!!

I am actually the owner of a well know auto brokerage firm, this is my business so i know when you should NEVER USE A TRANSPORT COMPANY, EVER EVER AGAIN IN THIS INDUSTRY !!!!!

I was relocating to FL from NY so i posted my Jeep Wrangler to Central. I received a call from Richard Gallagher at Arlene's Auto Transport on Tuesday, I explained that i was indeed the Owner of the company, and that I just had a brand new paint job done on the car , and a specialty one at That.

He said because i was in the industry he would of course take EXTRA SPECIAL CARE OF IT !!! not only was my car delivered 2 days late, but he had it in storage in his yard in Fl during that time. I was never told he would be taking my Jeep to his Yard for any reason.

Well when i received the Jeep, THE WHOLE FKIN PAINT JOB WAS RUINED !!! AND I MEAN RUINED !!!! The story he gave me was that there was a car above me leaking oil and there was nothing he could do.... UMMMM, how about move my car idiot ? NOW, not only am i the owner of an Auto Brokerage,i also use to drive.... i think i know you could've did something.

When i told this guy," you told me you would take extra special care of this", he actually had the nerve to say HE DID TAKE EXTRA SPECIAL CARE OF IT !!! Not only that, but he said its not his fault.... it was the customers car that was leaking oil's fault. This driver wouldnt take any ownership.

Knowing i am in the same business as him, i can only imagine how he treats a regular customer.
Oh, did i mention he said my car didnt have a paint job and was only primed ......what a Jerk this guy is. This was a speciality flat paint job specifically done to jeeps to make them look like army jeeps. Well i had the car painted for 2500 dollars the weekend before shipping it, now the car is ruined !!! I told the driver to pay for a professional detail ($150) to try to get the oil stains out, HE WOULDNT ! This guy refused to even split the cost with me !

Now, i paid for a pro-detailer.....guess what..... i wouldnt come out. The guy said i would need to have the whole paint job sanded down and re - done. Anyone who knows FLAT PAINT knows oil stains are not coming out. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
