My car was picked up on time and delivered on time and my vehicle was not damaged. My only complaint would be that since I booked the same day I got my quote, I was supposed to receive a $50 discount. When that did not happen, customer service was unwilling to help. But it was overall a good experience and exceeded my expectations.
