I had to move my car from Ohio to Dallas,TX. It was a open type carrier and delivered by expected time. I dealt with Alex Carr and he was helpful in setting up the transport and responded well to the questions I had. In fact, I had some issues with the reviews of the shipping company assigned to me, but he allayed my fears and I had good experience with the shipper as well.
Only concern that I have with the whole experience is I was quoted $775 in the beginning and I was OK with that price, but it was raised to $875 when it was finalized for the pickup.
Since I didn't have time to wait, I went ahead with the increased price.
Update on 8/26: I was asked to submit Bill of lading, credit card statement with AAT charge, proof of Transport review.com review , which I sent to them. I have not received a rebate for more than 3 months. The contact number for rebates is a magicjack phone that never is picked up. When I contact AAT, the service guy is very rude and doesn't help. If you cannot honor a rebate, why advertise it?
If you are planning to take into account the REBATE and choose this carrier as I did, I warn you, you are never going to get the rebate.
