American Auto Transport was recommended to me by a friend who had used them in Feb 2013. I was looking for a trustworthy transport company for my big move to Dallas. I found AAT to be responsive and straightforward. I contact Victor first by email and received a call promptly thereafter. The process was very smooth. We booked the timing of my pickup and delivery and they were pretty much on point. My only gripe was the day of pickup, I found that the partner company, Affirmative Auto Transport kept moving around the pick up time - first to Wednesday morning to Thursday morning then back to Wednesday evening. That was a little inconvenient but thankfully I had someone at home that could be there to take care of it. They did charge an extra fee given I had some personal belongings in the back seat but overall they were easy to deal with. There was some miscommunication about the delivery of the funds (it was not communicated that I had paid for all fees upfront upon pickup) but that was sorted out very quickly. Also, what I thought was weird is when they picked up my car, I did not see the truck that it was loaded on. However, the driver arrived by a car driven by his wife and then they later used my car to jump start her car? Odd. I just needed the car delivered on time and it was so overall, I was happy with my experience from American Auto Transport and Affirmative Auto Transport.
