Worst Service in the World.

Only 30 some-odd percent have reviewed this company and given them high scores. Our experience with them was HORRIBLE. I wish I could use cuss words to give a more accurate representation of how I feel, but I will refrain from that. The company took over a month to deliver my car, which was a week late from it's originally scheduled delivery date.
First off the main person we working with kept telling us the wrong amounts of money to pay and when to pay it. He also never gave us a booking number (we found that out five days after our car was picked up because our truck driver couldn't drop it off at the port).
Secondly we ALWAYS had to talk to the truck driver. He was never able to get a hold of the employees , so instead he would call us and then we would have to call the company to try and deal with the problems. Eventually we would get back to him when we had answers.
Thirdly, had we receive a booking number when we started this process we would have never had to deal with the domino effect. The company refused to recognize that when we called to talk to them and they kept putting the blame on us or our truck driver (that they hired). My car was in CA for at least 2 weeks before it was left at a port to be put on a ship.
The customer service portion of the company was rude and basically called us liars and to suck it up. They insisted that this was not their problem and that it was too bad for you. Not once were we given a genuine "I'm sorry" for their mistakes or the fact that we would have to pay 400+ dollars for a rental car.
I will never use this company again and I encourage no one else to use this company.
