I got quotes for delivery of my daughters car and Mark gave me a quote and told me the car should be picked up on a Monday. I never spoke to him again after I signed the contract. I spoke with customer service who said the car should be picked up in another couple of days after the first time they told me. Never got picked up or called. I always had to call them. Finally i got fed up and drove it up myself. They told me to give them some more money and that it should get picked up. Another 50 dollars should do it. Nice bait and switch. I would have to say they underbid and were not that much lower than the others. Maybe 25 dollars but had nice write ups on this web site. Not for me.
