horrible experience

Since I had a tight schedule for my car shipping, I chose this company as they were offering a two-days pick up, as you can check from the website, that comes for an additional cost of 250 - so the car was planned to be picked up either the 7th or the 6th of June - the carrier called me Friday to let me know that he would have picked up the car the 6th - and I said that was not what I agreed with the company. I called the American auto shipping all the weekend leaving messages, but no-one called me back, finally on Monday someone reached out to me, and she told me she needs some time to figure out why the carrier was picking up the car one day in advance, and then SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I had to make the decision by myself, I was left alone with the carrier that was pushing that he had to leave, the American Auto Shipping was completing missing in action!- I decided to ship my car, as I didn't have any other choice and not any alternative offered by the unresponsive company - finally one day later they replied to my 20 emails and phone calls I left throughout the day, telling me that they couldn't refund not even the additional Priority pick up cost I paid, that was not fulfilled by the company, they said I may try to ask to the carrier, but the contract I signed was with them - never ever again! they are advertising appealing expedite pick up in their website , and they cannot even fulfill them- the carrier, in fact, told me that they have a three days window for the pick up, so what the American Auto shipping is selling is simply not true, unreliable to say the least.

Customer Daniela Corti is not being truthful.  Our Priority Shipping fee is $200 not $250.  Daniela was NOT charged $250.  We dispatched this to the carrier for pickup on first day of availability.  The carrier says that they were available to pick up one day early and called Daniela to ASK if they could pickup the car early.  Daniela said YES and the carrier in fact picked up the car from Daniea one day early.  The next day Daniela called our office and demanded a refund because her car had been picked up early.  We spoke to Daniela on the phone, once Monday, twice Tuesday and two more times Wednesday.
