American Auto representatives are very responsive and quick to help. My car was matched with a dispatch quickly and a confirmation email was sent to me. The only problems I ran into were with the dispatch who did not call me enough in advance of when they were coming to pick up my car. I had to call to ask when they were coming and they told me they were coming that evening.

We're glad to hear that everything went well with your shipment, however our records show that our dispatcher Dave called you the day of dispatch, 4/21, to inform you that your vehicle had been assigned to a carrier. If you are referring to the carrier company, they often call at least a few hours ahead of time to coordinate pick up.
