This is my first time using a car transport company and I will definitely use this company again. I had two cars shipped from FL to TX. I called in May and received my quote from Mike. Then, I called back a few times in June as my departure date from Florida got closer. I spoke to Aerin. Each time that I called, she was pleasant, patient and answered all of my questions regarding transport. I chose to have my cars shipped and delivered with a 3 day window. This costs a little more but it gave me peace of mind to know that my cars would be there by the time I got to Texas. All changes were sent via email which I also loved because I knew who was picking the cars up and I was given an accurate window of time for delivery. Delivery went smoothly and was on time. Aerin did a follow up call to see how everything went. I explained some dirt was sustained during transport. She stated that I could get both cars washed and just email her the receipts and I will be reimbursed up to a $20 for the car wash. Thank you again American Auto Shipping and a huge thank you to Aerin!
