Rachel communicated well what I should expect, timing, etc. She was available and responsive to my calls and emails. The only part I didn’t anticipate was that it wasn’t truly door to door service as it advertised, and I had to work with the driver to find a grocery store or other large parking lot to drop the car off. But, Rachel helped me work this out with dispatch. I still haven’t taken advantage of the free car wash (up to $20) that they will reimburse me for. I would use their service again. Car was shipped faster than I expected. Would recommend you have your car washed thoroughly before you ship - will make it easier to identify any damage to vehicle. I did wash car before, and it was easy to notice no damage to vehicle on receipt.

Call Rachel (800) 577-3617 - Oftentimes carriers can't get into smaller residential areas because of the size of their truck. The same goes for tight downtown or other high-density areas. We're glad that everything else in the shipment went well and we look forward to working with you again in the future!
