My son's car had to be shipped from Florida to NY. I had already booked another carrier who was supposed to call me on Saturday to confirm pickup for Sunday. The weekend pickup was important as my son had finals the following week. I never heard from them. I found American Auto online and spoke to Rachel on Sunday at around 1pm. I explained how urgent it was to get the car picked up because my son was leaving Florida after his finals on Friday for good. On Monday morning I got a phone call from Rachel that the car could be picked up on Monday!!. The carrier confirmed with me on Monday that they were picking up the car at my son's convenience. They couldn't have been more professional! They called when they were on their way. They called when they were in town and ready to drop the car. The car was dropped at my house and I didn't have to pick up the car at a lot. The experience was great. Rachel worked so hard to put this together and I really appreciate it. A++
