I purchased a 2000 4Runner on eBay and had it delivered to Tennessee from Pennsylvania. I found AmeriFreight by searching Google and finding this website and reading the reviews. I liked what I saw and took the negative with the positive. I realized that everyone will have there own opinions and that not every shipping company will be perfect. Especially if you are shipping using an open container.

My situation was difficult to start with. I was deployed at the time and wanted to purchase a car that I couldn't find near my home station so that resulted in finding one online and shipping it to me. AmeriFreight understood my situation the best they could. They asked for a return phone number and I couldn't provide one, so we ended up communicating by primary E-Mail. All my documents were E-mailed to me and I didn't have access to a fax so I was allowed to E-Mail all the documents back to them.

The communication was flawless on their part. I'm pretty sure I gave them a run for their money.

The price was something around the low $400 however no drives would bid on my vehicle so I decided that I should end up putting up more money in order to get the vehicle shipped. It worked and I forgot the total cost because this was back in March. This part of the transaction also was smooth I had to sign and E-mail documents confirming my decision.

If I ever purchase a vehicle again then I would definitely use them again. and if your in the service then you should ask for a Military discount and feel safe with using this company.

Also the carrier they selected was top notch and drove the vehicle to my house and helped my wife with the vehicle. I'm not sure what company delivered the vehicle because I wasn't their when it arrived. But just be confident that AmeriFreight has some excellent carriers. Hopefully AmeriFreight will read this and tip my driver because my wife forgot to!
