pricing was a little confusing

I ended upneeding to bump up the price over my first quote in order to get my vehicle shipped. This added a longer time factor than originally planned. After discussion with the sales rep, he advised the higher price. Maybe this was just the way it was, or maybe I was offered a low-ball rate to get me to commit...I can't be sure. This whole process should have been more clearly explained earlier in the process.

Once a pick-up was arranged, everything went smoothly and the vehicle arrived on time. No issues or damage in transport.

Arranging final payment with the shipper was difficult (the transport company didn't take credit cards and I was out of state during the actual delivery, so I had to make more complicated payment arrangements that seemed sketchy...but worked out fine in the end.
