From the first time speaking with Graham my instincts told me I could do business with him. This business of hiring an unknown transporter can be scary. After all, you are moving a large expensive vehicle. In my case, my dad in Florida, wanted to give my son his small pick up truck for his birthday.
The price Graham gave me was fair and we struck up a friendship over the phone. I knew I was in good hands. And I was right. Despite the hurdles we both climbed over with the carrier, no fault of Graham's, he was always there for me. The Carrier picked up the Ranger on a Wednesday and returned 30 minutes later stating he lost the keys and remote. After half a dozen phone calls between myself, Graham,Cherie and the Carrier about replacing the key, everyone agreed to deduct the cost of key replacement from the balance. Also, the estimated arrival date was Sunday. Driver said he had a flat tire and finally delivered the Ranger Tuesday at 5pm at a nearby shopping center. Graham called to follow up because that is what someone who offers great customer service does. If I ever had to move a car again.....I would call my friend Graham:)
