Generally very pleased overall. Car was picked up on time, delivered on time (actually, ahead of schedule) and in excellent condition. I ended up paying more than I was originally quoted. In fairness, though, my dates of pick-up and drop off were not too flexible so I was willing to pay a premium for that. Realize that once you give a deposit you're a bit stuck with whatever the final price ends up being. They were willing, though, to reduce their deposit in order to find a trucker who could meet my dates at a higher cost (the truckers pick and choose the best "rates"). My customer service rep, Jasmine, was excellent. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Also easy to reach and prompt in returning calls/emails. I would certainly use them again. One piece of advice: if possible, steer clear of dates when a lot of cars are being shipped (e.g., when college lets out for summer). The more flexibility you have with when to ship, the better you'll likely do on price.
