This was actually the first time I have ever used a vehicle transport like this. In the past I believe I did not take advantage of this service because I was too afraid that it would be a disaster. I was so pleased with the whole process of this delivery, it went so smoothly; my car was delivered in excellent condition and I was so relieved it went so well. When I left Florida, I was leaving the car and heading up to New Jersey, so I left my vehicle in our condo garage and left the keys with a neighbor there as the contact person. He was contacted when the carrier was ready to picj up the car and it was a simple and smooth process for him to give the car to the carrier. I can't say anything different on this end when I received the car here; likewise it was a very smooth and easy delivery. I am truly over my fear of auto transports and will definitely use this company again. I understand there is a rebate involved if I fill out this form, but I also understand that no matter what my review is, I still receive the rebate. I would not recommend this company, ESPECIALLY since it deals with cars, which are my weakness, if it were not as reliable as I've stated.
