The people are good. The snow and delay from weather was bad. They called a few times to see if I wanted to pay more to get moved to the top of the carrier list. Since I didn't I had to wait about 3 months. to get the car. Not their fault, just a big backlog. The car came in slightly damaged, possibly from road debris, so get the GAP insurance. They have been helpful in getting it sorted out.
