Cons: My car was picked up almost a week late and I didn't get an update. I had to call the representative several times before I could get a hold of him. It was stressful because I was leaving the next day and did not know if my car was gonna be picked up. Luckily I had someone that I could arrange to leave my car with so be careful if you don't have that option. The driver that picked up my car was having trouble getting to my house. He was nice but not familiar with the area so he had to park a mile away from my car. Another thing to keep in mind, prepare to have someone to drive your car to the truck if you live in a small city.
