Reasonably on time, about average for price. Given time constraints I opted to pay for a garaunteed window. Probably didn't need to do that. Car had jumper cables in the passenger seat when it arrived. Guessing they somehow drained the battery during transit. The original estimated delivery date was wrong, and they failed to contact us. There was a fairly large snow storm, so I understand why they were late a day, but they didn't call. They were polite and helpful, though, and tracked down my car.
As typical, payment was in cash. I would've rather paid on a card, but I don't think that was an option.
