Don't use Amerifreight if L&D is the carrier

The initial customer service provided was excellent. The information was obtained accordingly, processed, and the pick up was scheduled. After that, the experience went completely downhill. The vehicle was to be transported from Irvine, CA to Atlanta, GA. The first negative experience was when the car was picked up from my brother, the driver stated to my brother that "he would not make much" on the transport. If you have an issue on how much you're going to make on the job, take that up with your employer, not the customer. When the truck arrived, we met with the driver and inspected the vehicle. There were 2 black scuff marks on the front right side and left side of the car. The windshield had damage from an object that broke the glass all the way through. The object also scratched the roof and sunroof glass. After arguing with the drive for over an hour, he took out some rubbing compound from his vehicle and removed the scuff marks. The driver adamantly denied any responsibility for the damage the windshileld. After receiving an initial email from Amerifreight about filling out a survey, the survey stated that if you're not able to give a positive rating, send an email and we will address your issue. A month later and still no response. Terrible customer service if you ask me.
