Minor Hiccups but the staff saved the day

The transport of my new car was a xmas present. My boyfriend negotiated the original quote and dates for me. There was a confusion when I went to do the actual booking but in the end, this was corrected for me and I was re-imbursed. The second hiccup was more with the driver. He didn't make it in time to pick up my vehicle on schedule (i.e. before the dealership closed) due to the massive snowstorm hitting the mid-west. He offered to stay the night but the dealership was closed the next day. Once the staff found out, they promtly found an alternative, and BETTER vehicle for the car. And the driver was extremely good as he arrived 3 days earlier than quoted. Of course, that was while we were still away for xmas! He was very nice though and waited around until I got home and delivered the car flawlessly. If I ever have to do this again, I would definitely use them as a true test of customer service is how they respond when things go wrong!
