The pickup was scheduled on time, and the person who picked my car up was very cooperative. His big truck did not fit down my little street so we had to meet on a main road and load my car on his truck at rush hour in the morning, and he managed it competently. The car arrived at the destination in the same condition it was before, and the delivery was on time. I was updated on the phone by the service people a couple times while my car made it across the country, and was told I could call at any time to check up on it, which I appreciated. Overall, a positive experience and no complaints.
