Transport process overall was very good. Pick up was delayed due to change in driver schedule which was unpreventable. Delivery was delayed due to mechanical problem on vehicle (hydraulic hose) busted which again was uncontrollable. Transport experience was overall very good and extremely acceptable due to excellent communication given by the driver to the customer. Would definitely consider doing this again should the need arise.
