I've shipped cars with numerous other companies but my experience with Amerifrieght proved why they have a 5-star rating and a A score from the Better Business Bureau. I would absolutely use them again on my next move. True to their word, after 5 days when my car hadn't been picked up a manager (Amy) called me (I didn't have to call them) to discuss my options. And when they said they would add their own money to make my shipment more lucrative, they proved it by refunding me money on my initial deposit. Even the dispatch agent, Amy, was fabulous. In fact I'd say it was one of the most positive customer service experiences I've had in quite some time. I will absolutely recommend Amerifreight to my friends and family and plan on using them again when the need arises.
