The people I spoke with at the main office were very professional an helpful. The local driver they dispatched seemed tired and frustrated during pickup. When he dropped my car of he was on time and easy to work with. Keep in mind that the larger company dispatches local carriers so you never know which company be picking up your vehicle. Make sure a proper inventory of your vehicle is completed prior to loading to avoid confusion in the actual condition of the car on delivery.
