This was my first experience in transporting a vehicle. Your representative, David Mosby, was very courteous and informative. When I called later with any questions, they were met with courtesy and efficiency. I was very pleased with your rates as compared to other carriers.I felt secure also that you belong to the Better Business Burrough. Even though the search for a carrier in my time frame took a few days longer, it all worked out. I had to leave my car keys with my neighbor as I was moving before car pick-up. I was somewhat anxious over this, but your contact personel put me at ease and returned my phone calls quickly. The carrier arrived on time for pick-up from my neighbor. The carrier/Cochran Carriers called me with update on transport of my car. Delivery time allowed was met as proposed. The driver/Brian delivered my auto on time. No damage was noted at pick-up. I would definitely recommend your transport company and use it again if needed.
