Though it took longer than hoped to find a carrier (wasn't the company's fault) the overall experience was perfect. Everything happened just as the agent i spoke with had said. Furthermore, because it took a little bit longer than hoped for, they spent some of their own money in order to entice a driver into taking the job. They kept me posted every few days while trying to find a driver, and once they did, they gave me all the information I needed in order to ensure it was brought safely to my house. The driver was amazing, and if this was an example of how Amerifreight typically does business, then I would be more than happy to do business with them again. I'm shipping a car in December, and I am DEFINITELY using this company again.
