We paid for a 3-5 day pick-up...we were told it would be more thanlikely be the 3 day timeframe. It ended up taking longer (5 full days), and we ended up having to pay an additional amount to get it picked-up. Taking into consideration that we were moving a vehcile from NY to FL during peak activity timeframe (snow birds on way to FL)...so we were OK with the delay of pick-up and the additional cost. We would use Ameri-Freight again without hesitation.
