The shipping process was smooth and prompt. I opted for the cheapest option and had a carrier lined up in no time. The person I dealt with was helpful and even though they seemed a little flighty was never pushy and very helpful. The late pickup was not due to the company but the carrier who was lined up for a specific date and picked up the car 4 days later due to a weekend and a holiday.

I began the process with another company (also 5 stars) who quoted me a price but didn't respond to emails. It was later when I was able to call that I found out the agent had been fired and that the price would be 150 dollars more (and above what Amerifreight charged by almost 200 dollars as well) Not only that but the other company tried to get enough information from me then expedited the order only to give me a hard time when the carrier called to schedule a pick up. I never agreed to the other company shipping my car.

Amerifreight was up front, honest, and a great value. I don't plan on shipping a car again soon but I will be looking at Amerifreight first from now on.
