Searching for a freight company to transport my car across country was a nightmare. Thankfully I had a friend recommend AmeriFreight. After careful consideration I called a representative. David clearly and concisely explained the process to me and I signed up to have AmeriFreight arrange the transport of my vehicle. I had a short time frame to work with. David suggested I do the minimum amount and hope that a transporter going cross country would have an extra slot. My time frame was narrowing and my car had not been contracted yet. David and AmeriFreight put up some of their own fee to give the transport company an incentive to pick up my car. After two more days I decided to increase my status to priority and spend a little bit more money than I would have liked to get my car guaranteed for pick up but it was necessary. Not ten minutes later my car was contracted and ready to go. The driver picked up my car the next day. The extra money was completely worth it because I needed my car to arrive when I arrived in Washington, DC. The driver was fabulous and assured me my car was in good hands. He promised to see me when he drops off my car in DC. I was relieved to know that he would be with my car the entire time looking out for it. My car arrived a day early; it only took 5 days for it to go from San Francisco, CA all the way to Washington, DC! I was impressed. The car was in perfect condition and was taken care of. I could not have had a better experience and I have already recommended AmeriFreight to several friends. They are reliable, honest, professional and amazing at what they do. I will most definitely use them again when I move back to California! Thank you AmeriFreight!
