AmeriFreight was a blessing! I am a college student and my schedule is always crazy. When I found out that I could have my car carried to Miami for just $375 I smiled in delight. All of Amerifreight’s other competitors wanted between $500 and $700. After calling the company and placing my order I had everything arranged within two days. The car was picked up Saturday night and brought to Seaboard Marine’s port (in Miami) by Wednesday morning.

What I loved most about this experience was Seaboard’s customer service. When you call you are given your own personal service representative. You don’t get bounced around from coworker to coworker. My representative, David, was very friendly and amazingly helpful. He explained the whole transporting process to me and never once tried to sell me anything I did not want. There was only one time when David was not in and another very friendly staff member, named Rachael, was able to help me tremendously.

If I ever need to have another vehicle shipped I will definitely be using AmeriFreight again. They are extremely helpful, friendly, economical, and efficient. More American companies should try to follow their model of customer service. I was never once left in distress and for that I want to say thanks a million.
