The pick-up and delivery process went very smoothly. Customer service was excellent. The only slightest problem I had was getting contact with the driver. I was told to expect my car on a Tuesday. The driver did not call to tell me that he could not deliver until Wednesday. I had to call the main office to learn that information. Other than that, I had a good experience.
