The Amerifreight driver called two days in advance to let us know when he would be there. He called two more times to let me know his schedule. I found a large parking lot just off the interstate where he agreed to meet to pick up the car. He was right on time. One thing to remember, you cannot fill your car up with all kinds personal items as the truck would be overweight if everyone did that. They will not accept a car that is full of stuff!! The driver looked over the car with me and noted any damage before he loaded the car. The driver called from Oklahoma to tell us the truck had broken down, and he was trying to get it repaired as soon as possible. Once back on the road he called again, to let us know he would still try to make our scheduled date. The driver was able to make up time and delivered the car in California on the day scheduled, no damage and no problems.
