They called two weeks ahead to tell me that they would pick up my car on a certain date. Two weeks later, the date came and went and I didn't get a call from them. I called them back and they told me that I was supposed to call them to confirm two weeks ago. Problem is, they never told me that I was supposed to confirm the original pickup date. My car was picked up 3 days later after they apologized and scrambled to get a truck to pick up my car as soon as possible. The truckers were both really nice.
