My car was South of New Orleans which meant it was a bit out of the way for pickup. I paid for priority, but it still took 7 days to get a carrier and 8 days to get a pick up. Plus I had to add $100 to get a carrier to go to my area (my original quote was $1095), but they gave me the option to keep waiting for someone else to pick it up for the original amount. I opted to take the carrier because we had already been in CA for a week and really wanted to get the car out here. The carrier they got me was great, kept me informed and was very nice. Would use this company again.
