rep was very knowledgeable, on time pick-up by a very courteous driver. on time delivery in good condition.it was helpful to understand that i could choose different levels of service. this was the first company i talked to that gave that as an option; and i talked to 5 prior to amerifreight.it was also the only company that explained how the insurance worked. this was a good experience. if you want a good experience you as the customer need to be clear about your expectations.
