Overall I am very satisfied with the service I received. The customer service was very friendly and always took my call or returned my call.

The only concern was that YOU are responsible for the items in your car. I read online tons of carriers allow you to put items in your car at no cost - NOT the case here. I was charged $200 over what was estimated and it was too late to fix it (quoted $700 - charged $900). I had already moved but left my car to be picked up and loaded the car with a few last minute items that I also wanted moved. I had no clue there were excessive freight regulations and wish that AmeriFreight had told me about that prior to the pick-up... That is my only complaint - it was my own fault for leaving stuff in the car, I just wish that was disclosed to me before I was forced to ship my car with excessive items. I was told that customer service did reach out to the carrier and explained things, but nothing was done about it and I had to pay the extra charge. In a perfect world AmeriFreight would have picked up at least some of the overage charge since they did not mention this to me, but I am still satisfied knowing that they tried to get the charge reduced. For that I am giving an excellent rating. Just beware of the excessive cargo charges.
