Terrible experience

This is true story just happened. Belive me or not, do not chose them. You will pissed off!!!!!

I planed to relocate from CT to CA during last 2 weeks. As others do, I search online reviews, and Amerifreight is ranked second, so I decided to have business with them.

The quote and contract process has been handled very smoothly, I feel very lucky that I chose the right one at first time. However, as the contract completed, things turns terrible. 5 days after the first pickup day, I try to contact them to inquery how is the process going. You know what, the phone is always answered by voice mail. 8 days after that, I try to reach them again, this time I find someone just because I chose quote option. And the agent promised to contact me to solve my concern in 10 minutes, no suprise, no one contact me within 2 hours.

I feel totally cheated by their services. Just as I think, them treat you very nice the first time, because they want to secure your business. After you signed the contract, things turn into bad.
You can not find someone to address your concerns or problems, and the longer you wait, the worst you get.

Consequently, I plan to cancle my order, the funny things is that, no one you can reach!!!!!
Anyway, I will not deal with them anymore, even if they give me somthing in return. (This will never happen)

To give others like me some tips, please make sure the qulaity of their services before sign the contracts, such as call the customer services or any other functions department to see how they act. Do not be silly like me.

We are always disappointed when a customer is unsastisfied with our services. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and it seems we have failed this customer. The customer placed the order at the Economy rate, which is our standby rate. As with all Economy orders, if a carrier is not found within 5 business days, AmeriFreight adds money from our side to help provide incentive. Customers are notified of the status of their order at this point as well. No deposit is charged until a carrier has been secured. The customer has the option to wait, add money, or cancel. After the customer spoke with his Shipping Agent, the customer chose to cancel. If you have any questions for your Shipping Agent, you are provided their direct line. All messages are returned. This order was handled by our Shipping Agent, Suzette- direct line: 678-369-2364.
