We are always disappointed when a customer is unsastisfied with our services. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and it seems we have failed this customer. The customer placed the order at the Economy rate, which is our standby rate. As with all Economy orders, if a carrier is not found within 5 business days, AmeriFreight adds money from our side to help provide incentive. Customers are notified of the status of their order at this point as well. No deposit is charged until a carrier has been secured. The customer has the option to wait, add money, or cancel. After the customer spoke with his Shipping Agent, the customer chose to cancel. If you have any questions for your Shipping Agent, you are provided their direct line. All messages are returned.
