Had to wait 3 weeks for pickup but that's partially because I didn't have immediate access to a printer for the contracts and then my in-laws went on vacation so the pickup date had to be re-scheduled for when they returned. My car was picked up on a Friday and delivered that following Wednesday. Driver was very friendly and contacted me the day before delivery and also the morning of delivery. Would definitely use this company in in the future!!
