The company was very responsive to my interest in shipping with them. They made my decision easy, they navigated me through the process, and several times, they returned my call for more answers. Once the contract was agreed upon, they were prompt in identifying the carrier to me, with contact number. My carrier called on schedule, and was very specific about the arrangements; this set my mind at ease because it eliminated any further doubts. The carrier called a day in advance of the pickup and delivery, to insure all arrangements were in order. On both occasions of pickup and delivery, the carrier was prompt and polite and caring about my vehicle. I was very impressed with the carrier's truck; it appeared to be a real first class piece of equipment. My conversation with the carrier set me completely at ease. I would use them again, and I would request this carrier. He is Mr. Musial.
