Great Company/Bad Driver

The staff I dealt with from the shipping company was excellent. They were nice, honest, and easy to deal with. It is a shame that the driver, who barely spoke english, kept on lieing about the delivery time. He got nasty on the phone (he threatened to leave the car somewhere we cuoldn't find it), and from a promised delivery time of 3:00 p.m., he actually delivered the the car at 10:00 p.m.!!! The communication over the phone with him was so poor, that we had to get the shipping company to find someone who would speak his language, because we couldn't understand him and he couldn't understand us. I would definitely use the shipping company again, as long as they provide us with a different driver, and one that speaks english fluently!
