slow pick up

I paid an extra $175 to get it picked up in 3-5 days it still took 10 days to get it picked up. only after a week did they up the carrier price. then I had to have it delivered to a location 150 miles away in order for any trucker to take the offer. once picked up the driver was super fast & friendly.

The customer had a difficult route during the time he shipped. The customer was very patient and willing to work with us to help get his vehicle shipped. When a Priority order is delayed, AmeriFreight assists by adding money from our side to the COD. This helps provide incentive to get a vehicle moved. Unfortunately, there are occasionally just difficult routes. We thank this customer for his flexibility and patience in the shipment and are sorry for the inconveniences that occured.
