Overall, AmeriFreight is outstanding. The customer service is exceptional. I was dealing with Aaron who would promptly return call and emails even though my move was being made during a holiday weekend. I used the company when I relocated to CT from CA and made the decision to use them again when it was time to return to the west coast. Aaron is the one I recommend anyone ask for. He goes above and beyond. The company makes every effort to get the cars picked up. When it went past 5 days, the company put up money to make the transport more appealing to the transport drivers. The only way AmeriFreight could be better is if they had their own fleet of transport trucks and provided that same excellent customer service as transporters. I will use them again should the need arise and I have to relocate across the country and I will definitely call Aaron if I need to ship a car anywhere.
Although they offer a rebate of $30 for a review, I wouldn't give anyone a good review who didn't deserve it. Aaron and AmeriFreight deserve it.
