Overall we had a perfectly successful transport of our vehicle. However, when we had a question and had to email or call for clarification it took a couple of days for a response. (Seemed a little long to us) This included information on getting a rebate for doing a review. Only after the vehicle had arrived and a day later did we get the link to review our experience. Because this review is more than 24 hours after arrival of the car we don't get the full rebate. Carriers Grace and Peter (PG Daniel Inc) were early in their delivery all the way from CA, well into the State of Maine. Very prompt and professional. Would certainly use Amerifreight again.
