I had never shipped a vehicle before and was very nervous about the whole process. David Mosby at Amerifreight was awesome! He patiently described the entire process from start to finish and answered all of my phone calls and questions, even after normal business hours and on the weekend! He advised me the best way to go for my time restrictions. Within 35 minutes after listing my contract, I had a transport carrier company!
Daywen Transport Inc. shipped my vehicle super fast, no damage, and provided daily communication. Katiana Lopez was my contact person. She was friendly, polite, patient and informative. She took extra effort to contact myself and my daughter on a daily basis. Fantastic customer service! After Alec loaded my vehicle on the carrier with superb precision, my worries faded away. Katiana's daily phone reports really kept the whole process flowing smoothly.
Amerifreight has an excellent rating with the BBB and personal reviews. Daywen Transport has 100% customer satisfaction. What a perfect team! I could not have asked for a better transport experience! Thanks to all!
