My experience with AmeriFreight was more about the carrier {OK Auto Transport] than AmeriFreight.. AmeriFreight was generally positive to work with and i would recommend them. The thing is they are just a broker and have little to no control over the carriers they use. Aaron was great.. as were the rest of the crew.. with the exception of some calls not returned and some messages that somehow were never recieved and a few smart ass comments[rachel]my experience with Amerifreight was positive... The problems are mainly due to little to no control over the carriers... As for OK auto transport i would strongly suggest you do NOT use this carrier... the owner is dishonest and an arrogant ass... i paid extra and waited for an exclusive front load... the carrier did not do this... what he didnt know is that the owner followed the drivers and watched them load the car.. when confronted he made excuses and lied about loading the car... you are welcome to contact me for details... bottom line... STAY AWAY from this carrier is my recommendation... AmeriFreight i would use again...
