I was moving across the country and was hoping to have my vehicle there shortly before me. Unfortunately I was here for nearly two weeks before my vehicle showed up. My car became available on a Tuesday and when I hadn't heard anything by Thursday, I was getting nervous so I called and offered to upgrade my service. Didn't hear anything back until the next day and was told it wasn't necessary, it would probably get picked up over the weekend. Monday came around and I had to fly out, still no car movement. That night I called and spoke with numerous people with Amerifreight and they worked hard to find me a carrier. It could be picked up Wednesday but I needed to pay an additional $310 from what I was quoted. Since I was desperate to get my car, I felt I had no choice but to agree. The carrier they found me ended up being fantastic however and got my car here 4 days ahead of schedule and even picked me up to come get my vehicle so I could get it immediately. For that I thank Amerifreight.

We are glad to hear the customer received her vehicle and was satisfied with the carrier chosen. The customer shipped at the Economy rate which is a standby rate. This rate is designed for customers who do not have any time constraints and just want to have their vehicle shipped at the cheapest possible rate. Whenever a carrier provides a counteroffer to the shipment price, we always let the customer know of the option. The customer always has the choice to accept the counteroffer or continue to wait.
