I worked with Aaron (and Amy); Both were very professional and quick to respond to questions. I had a few concerns regarding the carrier service that was assigned to me (Pioneer Auto Express Corp), namely that the driver did not speak English well and there was some confusion regarding the delivery of my vehicle. I had read similar comments from previous reviewers. Despite the difficulty in communication, both Amerifreight and the Pioneer Auto Express dispatchers assisted me with reaching the driver and clearing up any miscommunications. Everyone worked to find a solution that was reasonable, so I couldn't have asked for better team work and problem solving. In addition, throughout the process, I should emphasize that I never had a problem contacting anyone. Amerifrieght always got back to me (usually via email, since this was easier), Pioneer returned my calls promptly, and the driver was in touch with me throughout the shipping process.
Of note, I used the PP package, and was surprised that my car was picked up right away on the first day. Similarly, my car was delivered on the 7th day, so I couldn't have asked for speedier service. I haven't noticed any damage to the car. Something to keep in mind, is that "door to door" service is usually not possible, since the trucks are quite large. You need to have a nearby parking lot in mind (usually a Kmart, Target, or Home Depot) where you can meet the driver.
Overall, good service. I would use Amerifreight again, although I would want to be a little more careful when the carrier is assigned so that I could check it out first. However, overall I am satisfied. Thanks!
