A couple unfortunate incidents

I was happy with Amerifreight with two important exceptions.

First, I was never told that a counter-offer may come back from the truckers. A broker needs to prevent this from happening to a customer that paid extra for priority service. I took the counter-offer because I wanted the car sooner rather than later.

Second, the trucker made the terrible mistake of putting a totaled car above mine. My car got oil and coolant dumped on it the whole trip. Now, the reason why this is Amerifreight's problem is because I called Amerifreight 6 times (twice to every number I knew) and never got an answer. I know that my car was delivered after 6PM on a Saturday, but if trucks are going to be delivered, I want to have someone tell me what I should be telling the driver when it is obvious that my car is in no condition to accept.

Other than these two issues, Amerifreight was an average company. I would probably use them again (once I gain the knowledge I guess I should have already had)
